A serial entrepreneur with a history of successful start-ups, Aditya co-founded two bio-tech companies and his last company, which was backed by Accel Ventures, sold to a publicly-listed company in 2010. He received his degree in engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where he was awarded the Director's Gold Medal and was a Baker Scholar at HBS.

Aditya was most recently Co-Founder, CEO and then Chairman of Paddle8, and has been spending time post the company's sale in 2016 advising and mentoring companies. Aditya has served on the advisory board of Performa, New York's biennial for performance art and Khoj, an organization dedicated to performance art in South Asia. He has been named to the Art + Auction Power 100, Fast Company's 'Most Creative People in Business’ and the Crain's New York 40 Under 40 and has spoken at many leading technology conferences and platforms including the Northside Festival, DLD New York, Techcrunch TV and the inaugural edition of TEDxChelsea.
