Sam's career has been in leading product management at early-stage b2b software startups. Sam is currently cofounder and co-CEO of enterprise software company Reprise (www.getreprise.com). Previously he was co-founder and Chief Product Officer of InsightSquared, VP Product at HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS), VP Product at BzzAgent, and the initial product lead at Elance / Upwork (Nasdaq: UPWK).
In his non-operating roles, Sam is a partner at early-stage venture capital firm Accomplice, and an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Harvard Business School. From 2018 to 2020 he was a professor on the faculty teaching the "Launching Technology Ventures" course at HBS.
Sam has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Applied Math from Yale. He enjoys diving shipwrecks in the New England area and driving heavy equipment on his wife's farm.
