Kerry Cooper has had a successful history of building and growing businesses, teams and developing great cultures. Most recently, Kerry was President and COO of Rothy's, the wildly popular San Francisco-based shoe company. Inspired by its balance of technological innovation, artful design and commitment to sustainability, Kerry is proud to have grown a company with a loyal community of female customers. Kerry was recognized in early 2020 by the National Retail Foundation as one of the 5 People Shaping Retail in 2020. Prior to joining Rothy's, Kerry was CEO of Choose Energy, a Kleiner Perkins-backed energy marketplace sold to Red Ventures in early 2017. Previously, Kerry has had leadership roles at ModCloth, led marketing and strategy for as CMO and VP of Global Ecommerce and served as SVP of Retail and Planning for the Dockers brand at Levi's.

Kerry is currently Executive in Residence at Acrew Capital and on the board of directors at PG&E, Upstart, Fernish and Gradient. Previously she has served on the boards of BevMo! (2017 to 2020), Choose Energy (2013 to 2016), Weddington Way (2015 to 2017, sold to GAP 2017) and Wirecutter (NY Times) Advisory Board (2017 to 2019). Throughout her nearly 25 years in the Bay Area, Kerry has nurtured a love of growing businesses and teams, advising and coaching many along the way.

Kerry holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
