Shara Ticku is the CEO and Co-Founder of C16 Biosciences, the makers of Palmless™: the platform for sustainable palm oil alternatives. C16’s proprietary technology platform uses biomanufacturing to create next-generation ingredients and materials that successfully address global ESG challenges—including climate change, food security, the environmental and safety impacts of natural resource extraction, and more. Before founding C16 Biosciences, Shara worked at Goldman Sachs, the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), and held positions with Progyny and the United Nations. Shara holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA/BBA from the University of Texas, where she double majored in Plan II Honors Program and the Business Honors Program, with a minor in Finance. Shara currently serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School.

I'm happy to chat through anything from idea/pitch generation to building teams (or cofounders) to fundraising and strategy. I love climate, bio, and healthcare.
