Jim (MBA 1976) has experience in running small and medium enterprises (SME), turnarounds, investing in searches, entrepreneurship through acquisition, and in large organizations. Prior Experience: Jim has worked for a large firms and then searched for his own entrepreneurial business a decade into his a career. 21 years later, after selling his business, he joined the HBS faculty to teach The Entrepreneurial Manager, Turnarounds and Running Medium and Small Enterprises courses. Working with his wife (MBA 1981) gave Jim an appreciation of the challenges facing a dual career couple and how to make the compromises associated with the work/life balance issues.
